1) Click here to Login to ParentVue:   After you log into ParentVUE click the "Online Registration" button at the top, in the dropdown choose "2023-24 Annual Verification"  to update each child's E-card (emergency card), update contact information, review district policies, and record additional  information (Required).  *This RCS Annual Verification process is scheduled to go live on Monday, August 7th, 2023.

7) Authors in April Book Order: The 2023-24 Authors in April books are available to order during your scheduled welcome visit. 7th and 8th grade students will need to wait until they receive their schedule and know who their ELA teacher is before ordering due to some different book choices this year. All 6th graders are reading the same book. Books can be purchased directly at the AIA table during registration or online after registration - books will then be delivered to ELA classes in the spring.   Click here to order an AIA book.

8) Medical Action Plans:  Updated medical forms (Medical Action Plans - MAPs), are required at the start of every school year and expire on the last day of school instruction. The MAPs are located under the "Medical condition" tab below and provide RCS with required medical direction from your primary, licensed health care provider, along with parent permission, that allows staff to provide services such as, medication administration, medical interventions and/or medical procedures. 9) Physicals Form for Athletics:  All students who will be participating in a West M.S. sport during the 23-24 school year must have a completed physical form, signed and dated from a physician, on or after April 15, 2023, on file at West before tryouts.    Click here for Required Sports Physical Forms

10) Welcome Visits - We look forward to welcoming our students and families during their scheduled grade level welcome visit.  At this visit, students will receive their class schedule, locker assignments, student ID,  tour the building and find their locker.  We will have all of the forms listed above available for those who wish to pay in person via check or cash.  

     8th Grade Welcome Visit: Wednesday,  August 16th, 8:30 am - 11:00 am

     7th Grade Welcome Visit: Wednesday,  August 16th, 12:00 pm - 2:30 pm  

     6th Grade Welcome Visit: Friday,  August 18th, 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
